The original Moto X and Moto G from 2013 were small excellent phones, but they too keep getting bigger. Our biggest phone on this list is the brand new 2015 Moto G, announced a few days ago. The Moto G 2015 has a 5-inch 720p HD display, dual front-facing speakers, a powerful quad-core processor with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage and a micro-SD slot, and a great 13 megapixel camera. It's still kind of a "budget device" and not really a flagship phone, but the new aluminum design, bigger battery and better camera, along with customization options, makes this a great phone worth buying that isn't massive.
