You Can't Downgrade from iOS 12.5.1
If you can't stand iOS 12.5.1's performance on your iPhone 5s, note that you no longer have the ability to downgrade to iOS 12.5.
Apple has stopped signing on iOS 12.5 which means you can't use a loophole to get your device off of iOS 12.5.1. Once you move to it, you're stuck with it.
The company isn't signing on iOS 12.4.9, iOS 12.4.8, iOS 12.4.7, iOS 12.4.6, iOS 12.4.5, iOS 12.4.3, iOS 12.4.2, iOS 12.4.1, iOS 12.4, iOS 12.3.1, iOS 12.3, iOS 12.2, iOS 12.1.4, iOS 12.1.3, iOS 12.1.2, iOS 12.1.1, iOS 12.1, iOS 12.0.1, iOS 12.0, or older versions of iOS either.
There's a chance iOS 12.5.1 serves as the final software update for the iPhone 5s. So if you're running an old version of iOS 12, and you're having a good experience, proceed to the new firmware at your own risk.
