If iOS 13.7 starts giving you problems note that you can move your phone back to the previous version of iOS 13.

Apple is currently signing on iOS 13.6.1 which means you can drop your phone's software back in an attempt to improve its performance.

This option won't be available forever so if you really want to get off iOS 13.7, you'll need to make a move sooner rather than later.
