Fix for an Annoying 3D Touch Issue

It looks like iOS 11.4 will fix an annoying issue found on iOS 11.3 and iOS 11.3.1. 

We, and many others, are experiencing a 3D Touch issue where the feature won't work without waiting a few seconds, or longer, after unlocking a device. 

Occasionally the feature, which requires a hard press on certain apps to open up shortcuts, doesn't work at all. 

The latest iOS 11.4 beta appears to have fixed the issue and our hope is that the fix sticks through to the final version.
