If you need something from Amazon, you can order using your voice with Echo or Alexa enabled devices. 

There are even Alexa specific deals, that allow you to get better deals when you buy with your voice. 

You need Amazon Prime, a payment method and then you need to ask Alexa to order what you want. You can re-order items or buy something new. You also have the option to place an item in your cart if you just want to check it out later. 

Say, "Alexa re-order AA batteries." You can use this for anything you've already ordered. 

Another option is to say, "Alexa Buy cracked pepper Triscuts." From there the item will be added to your cart and you can say, "Buy now." to order now. Or you can simply check your cart later.
