The new Samsung Galaxy A50 takes 10-years of Samsung Galaxy S history and blends it into an excellent all-around affordable smartphone. Announced on June 11th 2019, and released just a few days later, the A50 is Samsung's best affordable budget smartphone.
As a quick recap, the Galaxy A50 comes with a big 6.4-inch Full HD AMOLED display with a tiny waterdrop notch, triple rear cameras, a massive 4,000 mAh battery and plenty of power. Obviously, it runs the latest Android 9 Pie with One UI, has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, plus you can add up to 512GB with a microSD slot. It looks and feels like a premium 6.4-inch device that's just a little smaller than a Galaxy S10+, and 70% cheaper. You get a 25MP, 8MP and 5MP rear camera array, and a 25MP front camera too. All of this is available for only $349 starting June 13th from AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and Xfinity Mobile. Plus, two even more affordable models are coming this summer.
