The Call of Duty: WWII DLC 2 price is $14.99 for the standalone content. You can buy it on PSN now as a single DLC purchase. It's not yet on sale as a single purchase on the Xbox One or PC. 

You can buy the Call of Duty: WWII Season Pass for $49.99 which includes The Resistance, The War Machine and the next two DLC packs. This is the only The War Machine deal that you will find as Activision is very controlling of the prices. 

We may see season pass deals later in the product cycle, but this is often near DLC 3 or DLC 4, so don't expect to see a discount anytime soon.
