This update is going to fix some annoying problems (broken quests are among the most annoying in the game) but it's not going to address everything. There is a long, long list of Fallout 4 problems out there and it continues to grow by the day. This update addresses a small fraction of problems and there's always a chance that it will bring problems of its own. Patches tend to do that, especially early ones. Bethesda's promised to roll out frequent bug fix updates but it's going to take a lot of time to stabilize the game across all three platforms.
