FIFA 19 Defensive Upgrades

There are several major changes from FIFA 18 to FIFA 19 when it comes to defense. 

You can change your team's defensive style. This allows you to better control how you play defense to meet the current situation, and your strengths. 

The new styles you can choose include, pressure after possessions loss, constant pressure, drop back, balanced and pressure on heavy touch. We'll learn more about how each works closer to the release date. 

You can now tall your center midfielder what to cover, allowing you to have him play the wing or stick to the center depending on where the biggest threat is. 

There is a new small grey maker above the player you will switch to if you manually switch players. This is a huge change and knowing where you will switch should help cut down on switching and immediately running in the wrong direction.
