How to Make Conference Calls on Android, The Easy Way
At some point, you may need to conference in 2 phone calls on your Android smartphone. While there is usually a way to do this built right in, it can vary from phone to phone.
Instead of figuring out every possible combination to make a conference call on your Droid, ThunderBolt or Android smartphone, I rounded up a few apps to help you make conference calls easily — without hunting for a random flash or merge option that may be tucked away behind a few taps.
Conference Call & 3 Way Calling Android Apps
Moshi – Free
Moshi is a cool app that makes calling a group easy, even if you need to call users on Skype and GTalk. Gather all of your contacts, no matter the service, and creat the group you want to call. Moshi will then call all of the contacts and conference them in to the call. No numbers to dial, no need for the other users to have Moshi installed and no need for other callers to have smartphones.
Talk2Group – Free
Talk2Group is another great option for making a conference call or a 3 way call from your Android. in three steps you’ll be online with your group, getting things done instead of trying to figure out why you can’t get the calls to merge.
Talk2Group lets you schedule calls in the future, or for right now and asks the other participants to call you from any phone they want. You can go back to the call history to quickly call your favorite groups.
How to use Built in Conference Call Controls
These apps take a bit more planning than the on the fly 3 way calling which is built-in to most Android smartphones, but it is much easier to use when you are planning a call.
To figure out how to make a conference call on your specific device, while in a call, you should google your specific device, look in your user manual or call your cell phone company and ask them to tell you how. Unfortunately, you’ll need to re-learn this as soon as you get a new phone.

I have never taken the time to see how to do this. Thank goodness I googled this. I have to have a 3 way call with my client and my company. Great that some one took the time to put this up.
Thanks

Because I use a Sprint Airave femtocell at home, I’m unable to “add call”, so your article is very helpful. Moshi would be perfect, but alas their server is often down it seems.
Talk2group seems more reliable, but the other parties must call into a conference, which requires cooperation from them, and they must understand English.
