Apple typically puts new iOS software on the first day of WWDC. 

iOS beta software is typically limited to developers at first though after a few days it pushes out to those enrolled in the company's free Beta Software Program.

So if you want to try iOS 14 before the general public, you'll want to investigate joining Apple's developer program. 

We fully expect Apple to trot out the first iOS 14 beta for all eligible iPhones shortly after the conclusion of its WWDC keynote on June 22nd. 

iOS betas aren't for everyone and the first batch of iOS 14 betas will likely be plagued by numerous bugs as the company works to improve the software ahead of the official release.
