iOS 8.3 Performance

We've been using the iOS 8.3 update for well over a month now so we feel like we've got a pretty good read on its performance and stability.

For us, the iOS 8.3 update has been extremely stable. We've been using it on the iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 5s, iPhone 5, iPad Air 2, iPad Air, iPad 3, and iPad mini 2 and performance on all of those devices is outstanding more than a month after we first installed. The bugs that iOS 8.3 fixed haven't come back and we haven't run into anything new. You really can't ask for much more than that.

At this point, if you're having problems on iOS 8.2 or below, you should do yourself a favor and really consider the iOS 8.3 update. In our opinion, it's Apple's most stable iOS 8 update yet. Gather feedback from other sources before making your decision. While our experience (and the experience of many others) has been outstanding, things may not be the same for others.

8.3 has disabled my external GPS functionality. Was this a deliberate move by Apple?
