iOS 8 Downgrade

iOS 9 will replace the iOS 8 update on Wednesday but that doesn't mean that you won't be able to go back to iOS 8.4.1.

Apple should continue signing off on the iOS 8.4.1 update after the iOS 9 release. If it does, you'll be able to downgrade to iOS 8.4.1 but only for a limited time.

The company typically signs on old updates for a couple of weeks before killing the loophole. So, you'll need to research the downgrade process ahead of the iOS 9 release date and keep an eye on Apple. Once the downgrade is gone, it's gone forever.
