Check Your Upgrade

Be sure to check your account to ensure that you're in good standing and eligible for an upgrade before you try and put in an iPhone Xs pre-order. 

Fortunately, checking your upgrade is extremely easy and should only take you a few minutes to get done. 

To check on your upgrade status, login into your account at AT&T, Sprint, T-M0bile, Verizon (or whatever carrier you're on) and take a look. 

If you'd rather speak to someone you can also call your carrier's customer service line and confirm the details with a customer service rep. If you plan to call, we recommend doing so today or tomorrow.
