While you need to wait for the official Apple wireless charger for your iPhone, Apple is giving two chargers official status and selling them in the Apple Store.

The Belkin Boost Up wireless charging pad and the mophie wireless charger are both $59.99 and support the iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X. You can use these with a case on, as long as the case is less than 3mm thick and they will both charge at 7.5W. 

While this won't be as fast as the new quick charge support, it's a super convenient charger that you can use to top off at work or on your night stand. You can buy this on Apple and in Apple Stores.
