Apple announced a collection of new watchOS 7 features at WWDC, but not all of these will be available on the beta. 

At this stage more features are available, but it is still important to do some research since not all features will be on the Apple Watch ahead of an official release. 

With a public release likely coming soon, you can expect to see more features on the late betas, but it may not be worth installing when an official release is weeks away.
