The new MacBook Pro 16 claims 11 hours of battery life while browsing the web or playing video. This is a bump up and it is thanks to a 100-Wh battery, which is the largest you can take on a plane. This is impressive given the larger display capable of 500 nits brightness. Apple tested this by browsing websites with the display set at 75% brightness and by playing 1080P content. Apple is generally good with estimating battery life under real conditions, but you may want to wait and see how this handles.
