Xbox Game Pass also includes a 20% discount on games available in its library. That way, you can add them to your collection before Microsoft switches them for newer games. You also get a 10% discount on DLC for that game. The titles you download from the Game Pass library only work as long as you keep paying Microsoft for your subscription.
