Samsung's Gear IconX do have some neat features, but so do most other headphones on the market. Some of the Bixby features are pretty cool, but Google's Buds do real translation and other neat things.

However, in October of 2018 Google added real-time translate to ALL Google Assistant-powered headphones. That means everything from the Sony 1000X M3, Bose QC35II and several other cheaper models come with similar specs and features.

That said, not a lot of phones and headphones both have Bluetooth 5.0, which is one area the Galaxy Buds could really shine. Not to mention the case has wireless charging built-in, as does the S10. You can recharge your earbuds from the Galaxy S10, just lay it on the back.
