Don't Wait If You Hate the Notch

Almost every Android manufacturer (except for a few) added a big notch to the screen in 2018. This is to "answer" Apple's iPhone Xs with its "beautiful" edge-to-edge display. Personally, the notch is ridiculous.  

The LG G7 ThinQ has a notch, and now new photos all but confirm the LG V40 will have a silly notch too. If you hate the notch, don't wait for the LG V40. Even if you can hide it with software like we're seeing in newly leaked photos. 

LG didn't have a notch on the LG V30 or the V35, so we were hoping they wouldn't do it this year. Sadly, that doesn't appear to be the case. 

We're either getting a huge screen with a notch, or something around 6.2-inches without the notch. We'll have to wait and see, but a notch is highly likely.
