This is a little earlier than last year and aligns nicely with recent reports of an earlier than usual release date. The Galaxy Note 8 was announced on August 23rd and released a few weeks later. Based on this announcement you can expect the Galaxy Note 9 release date to land on August 23rd or 24th in the United States and around the globe.
In the official teaser, we’re asked, “Can you keep up?” Then we see a new shiny gold-colored S-Pen stylus. The latest Galaxy Note 9 news suggests that Samsung will take a major leap with the S-Pen this year. Adding multiple exciting new features, controls, and software tweaks to take advantage of it. Basically, making the Note 9 the powerhouse multimedia device it once was.
We’re also expecting a slightly bigger curved display, dual rear cameras, stereo sound, and substantially better battery life. Our link above has all the latest information about Samsung’s next phablet.
So, the Note 9 will officially get announced on August 9th, then be released a few weeks later. Stay tuned for any and all Galaxy Note 9 leaks in the coming weeks.
