Wait for New Xbox Project Scarlett Features
Microsoft continues to support the Xbox One, Xbox One S and Xbox One X with new software features regularly, but if you want better performance, faster loading and better graphics, you will need to wait for the new Xbox.
We already know that Microsoft wants to deliver better frame rates, more in line with what you get on a high end gaming PC, with Project Scarlett. Specifically they are targeting 120 FPS.
They also want to speed up loading times so that you can get into games faster. This is one of the biggest complaints we hear from kids and casual gamers, and it's something Microsoft can solve with faster storage and other upgrades. The new SSD should deliver faster loading in games.
Rounding things out, you can expect to see better graphics with more power thanks to the upgraded CPU and GPU. This includes RayTracing, which you can see in the video below.
We also expect streaming to your other devices so you can play your Xbox games across a wide range of devices, even when you're not at home. Full details on this front have not been announced, but the iPhone and iPad will support the Xbox Controller with iOS 13 this fall.
