Fallen Trees, available for both Xbox One and PS4, is another excellent immersion mod that does something pretty cool with the trees found around Skyrim. 

With this mod active you'll notice fallen trees around rivers and canyons. There are fallen trees in the vanilla version but this ups the ante. 

It's a very simple mod but it adds value, particularly if you're trying to get across a canyon that would otherwise be inaccessible.
