Climates of Tamriel is one of the best weather mods for Skyrim on PC and it's made it over to the Xbox One. Unfortunately, it's not available for the PS4. This mod changes the game's weather in some spectacular ways. Once you get it on board, you'll notice new weather systems, improved sunsets and sunrises, a better looking sky, improvements to thunder and lightning, and more. It's also performance friendly.
