There are a ton of city/town/village overhaul mods available for Skyrim Special Edition. Kato's Falkreath for PS4 and Xbox One is one of our favorites. Kato's Falkreath overhauls Falkreath, a city that's located in Falkreath Hold in the southern part of Skyrim near the Jerall Mountains. Beautiful place. This mod improves the look and feel of the city with new items and a different look for some of the key areas in town. There are new paths, new buildings, a neat little bridge that runs across the water, and a whole lot more.
