This isn't the first time LG has offered dual cameras and a wide-angle lens on a smartphone, but it's the best implementation of it yet.
In a market where Samsung or Apple want to zoom in or blur photos, LG wants to let you get more from each photo. This year they added two new and improved 16-Megapixel cameras to the LG G7. And this time both sensors are high-end, instead of just one. The first lens is an f/1.6 aperture fast shooter that takes amazing photos or video. Then, the second one is still 16 MP, and has a wide-angle view so you can get stunning landscape photo's or capture more at once. LG mentioned that it's not as wide as older devices, but you'll get better wide angle photos from it. Basically, they took better image quality over the width. Something everyone will likely be ok with. Just know this phone has a camera that will give Samsung and Apple a run for its money, even if it flies under the radar.
