Don't Want If You Need Lots of Storage

Perhaps the biggest complaint about the Pixel 4, aside from the awful battery life, is the fact that here in 2019 (almost 2020) Google thinks it's okay to only put 64GB of space inside a phone.

The Pixel 4 XL costs $900 and only has 64GB of space. All while the Galaxy S10 has 128GB, the Galaxy Note 10 has 256GB, and even budget phones like the OnePlus 7 comes with 128GB. And while you can spend more to get 128GB from Google's phone, we just wish they'd start at 128GB and go up from there, like everyone else.

Unfortunately, we're almost certain that the Pixel 4a will only come with one storage option, which is 64GB. And yes, that might be enough for some people, but 64GB is increasingly not enough especially if you keep your phone for more than a year.

Download some fun apps and games, play Fortnite, take stunning astrophotography photos or slo-mo videos, and keep your Pixel 4a for a year and you'll likely be low on space. It's something we shouldn't have to worry about these days, but both Apple and Google keep throwing 64GB in phones and acting like it's ok. It's not.

Here's to hoping the Pixel 4a comes with 128GB, although that's highly unlikely.
