Metal Gear Solid 5 Release Date

With E3 2015 over and done and the Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain release date still cemented into September 1st, it looks like that's going to stick as the release date for consoles. If Konami needed more time to complete the game, it likely would have made that announcement already. Not even Kojima's impending departure will impact the game it seems.

This game has been a long time coming and if you're huge fans of the series like we are, there is reason to be excited. There's a good chance that this will be the last major Metal Gear Solid release for awhile so savor the buildup to the release date and savor the release date itself. These don't come around too often.
