10 Best Android Games to Play at Work

Looking for some fun or casual games for Android to pass the time? With thousands to choose from on the Google Play Store finding good quality games can sometimes be a challenge. With that in mind below we’ve round up some of the best games to keep you entertained at work or sitting on the subway.

Obviously everyone likes something a little different, and a game like Clash of Clans can be considered fun and casual gaming for some, or hardcore to others. As a result this list will have a good variety of content for anyone and everyone.

We won’t be listing Candy Crush or typical games like that, and instead focus on those hidden gems or apps most don’t know about. Everything from our list below has great graphics, is fun or addicting, and worth giving a try in your spare time. These are some of my favorite Android games.

Most casual Android games are the ones you can pickup and play in seconds and are easy. They’re also great time wasters at work, or when you have a free moment. Gamers also want to be challenged, so these will do exactly that. We even have a few titles that you’ll need to play for months on end, or years, to finally complete.

Again, everyone has their own preference, and what may be extremely fun to others isn’t remotely appealing to someone else. As a result we’ve gathered some simple yet addictive and casual games that you absolutely have to try.

There’s a little of something for everyone here. Whether you want to play for a few minutes waiting for the bus, or check on a village or plants multiple times a day for months on end and build (or grow) an empire. There are far too many excellent games to list, but below are 10, as well as some honorary mentions that are also worth checking out.

You won’t find Angry Birds, Candy Crush or Temple Run in this list. Instead, these are other games that are just as good or better, yet something you’ve probably never tried. Many are new or were released in 2015, but are still the best options available today. Get ready to blow through your smartphone battery playing some of the games below. Let’s get started.

Alto's Adventure

Alto's Adventure

First off we'll start with an awesome game Alto's Adventure, which arrived on Android earlier this year. It saw huge success on iOS, and was released for Android on February 11th. This is an endless runner style game similar to Temple Run, but you'll be snowboarding down huge mountains, collecting gear, running into llamas, and having a blast. It's hard to explain, so watch the launch trailer.

This game took the iOS world by storm in 2015, and is a huge hit on Android. This will keep you busy for hours on end, and maybe a little frustrated. It's easy enough to casually play on the couch or waiting in a doctors office, but hard to master. It also has a great soundtrack, so you'll be enjoying the game and listening to soothing music while ripping down the mountain.

I released an app on 25.06.2016 under the following title: “Furious Fingo”. As you can understand by the game – name, yup, it is finger game… More accurately, the faster you touch the more you would get. This seems to be simple , right, but we all know people love simple things and breaking records in simple things is what makes them addictive. You would know it when you would play it.
