Make Room for Android Pie

The Android Pie update requires a nice chunk of space on your device's internal storage. If you're running out of room, make sure you free up some space.

Galaxy Tab S4 users should see a 1.5GB+ download. If you're running out of space (or even if you're not) use this time to cleanup your Galaxy Tab's storage. It'll help you get Android Pie up and running faster.

If you've owned your tablet for awhile, you've probably accumulated a bunch of files you no longer need. Dig into your storage and delete the photos, game saves, videos, music, etc. you don't need anymore.

If you don't know where to start, you can use the device's Device maintenance feature in your Settings to help narrow down the list of items to delete.
