Get Comfortable with the Downgrade Process
If you run into annoying problems on the iOS 13 beta you can downgrade back to iOS 12.
As of right now, you can downgrade to iOS 12.3.2 (if you own an iPhone 8 Plus), iOS 12.3.1 or iOS 12.3. The iOS 12.3 downgrade path will probably close up soon, but the paths to iOS 12.3.2 and iOS 12.3.1 will stay open. The company will always provide a way to downgrade from the iOS 13 beta.
Unfortunately, you can't downgrade to anything older than iOS 12.3. Apple's closed off the downgrade path to iOS 12.2 and below.
If you haven't already, we recommend getting familiar with the downgrade process before you download the iOS 13 beta.
If you don't feel comfortable with the downgrade process, you might want to stay put on official software.
