They Shall Not Pass Problems

They Shall Not Pass went through a "beta" in the Battlefield 1 CTE but problems continue to plague PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 owners.

As we push away from the They Shall Not Pass release date we continue to hear about the problems plaguing the first Battlefield 1 DLC.

Some gamers are reportedly having problems getting into the DLC. If you own They Shall Not Pass and you can't get it to work, close the game and re-open it. We also recommend a hard reset of your system.

We're also seeing complaints about bad textures and graphics, crashes, invisible players, and various other bugs and performance issues.

DICE fixed some They Shall Not Pass problems in its Spring and May Battlefield 1 updates. The updates also addressed some of the DLC's balance issues.

While we wait for the next bug fix update, please take a look at our list of fixes for common Battlefield 1 problems and EA's support forums for assistance.

You'll also want to report any bugs you see as you play They Shall Not Pass. That way, the engineers can work on fixes for future updates.
