DodoCase Folio Case | |||||||||||||
The DodoCase Folio ($124,95) brings a touch of elegance and class to the new Nexus 7. This book binding case houses the new Nexus 7 in a frame of wood and includes a notepad on the inside of the front cover, a slot for a pen or pen/stylus combo and optional personalization of the case for an extra $10. This cases costs a pretty penny, but it's a pretty case too. The spine is made of leather and it includes two leather pockets for business cards. Buyers can get it in gray fabric and tan leather. DodoCase made it reversible so both right and left handers can use it. | |||||||||||||

Nice selection! Another option is Treegloo (https://treegloo.com), it’s like a work of art. I got the Walnut frame and it looks really modern with bright colors (I was inspired by the MotoX). It gets so many compliments.

I have the Portenzo Bookcase. It’s made in Missouri with a Maple frame and is beautiful. Will never buy from anybody else.

It’s plywood, not maple….only the top 0.5mm is maple.
You can buy a piece bigger than a door for €20 or ~$25USD.

“While the maple frame does have a unique characteristic to it, I believe it has more to do with the LAYERED design of the wood than anything else. The layered/pressed (similar to plywood) design of the maple frame creates a stronger and more stable product while somewhat resembling the pages of an actual book.”
