The Waterfield Designs Outback Sleeve case for the New Nexus 7 in chocolate color looks beautiful, and houses the New Nexus 7 perfectly. We like the  vertical alignment version that costs an extra $10 over the horizontal version. Inside the case the company puts a layer of ultrasuede, which keeps the case scratch-free and, when we push on the outside of the case as we slip the tablet out, the ultrasuede cleans fingerprints and oil off the screen. With the horizontal version the case slides in along the longer edge. We prefer the vertical alignment because it's easier to carry, won't fall out as easily and makes it easier to clean the screen. The image below shows the Nexus 10 but they offer it for the new Nexus 7 for $49 in vertical and $39 in horizontal.

Nice selection! Another option is Treegloo (https://treegloo.com), it’s like a work of art. I got the Walnut frame and it looks really modern with bright colors (I was inspired by the MotoX). It gets so many compliments.

I have the Portenzo Bookcase. It’s made in Missouri with a Maple frame and is beautiful. Will never buy from anybody else.

It’s plywood, not maple….only the top 0.5mm is maple.

You can buy a piece bigger than a door for €20 or ~$25USD.
