The Samsung Galaxy S6 release hype continues to build as third-party companies continue to tease the Galaxy S6 release well ahead of Samsung’s highly anticipated announcement.

Over the last month, we’ve seen Samsung Galaxy S6 rumors emerge with purported details about the Galaxy S6 specs, Galaxy S6 launch date and the all-important Galaxy S6 release date. Many of those Galaxy S6 rumors have begun to firm up ahead of Samsung’s rumored announcement, expected to take place in early March at one of the year’s major trade shows.

With Galaxy S6 rumors swirling, third-party companies continue to cash in on the Galaxy S6 release hype. Earlier this week, Vodafone Netherlands posted a Galaxy S6 splash page teasing the device ahead of its arrival. The splash page is nothing more than a way for the carrier to get a head start on its rivals and perhaps gauge interest in the rumored Galaxy S5 successor.

That hype has now extended to accessory makers as eagle eyed Reddit users have discovered a lone Galaxy S6 case sitting on Amazon’s website. The case is from Cush Cases and it depicts a heavy duty rugged case for the unannounced Samsung Galaxy S6. The page lists a release date of February 24th which adds to the hype surrounding the Galaxy S6 release.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen case manufacturers try and draw attention to their products ahead of a major smartphone launch and it probably won’t be the last. And armed with this history, we can draw a few logical conclusions about the arrival of this Galaxy S6 case on Amazon.

Companies like Samsung will often send out design specifications early so that manufacturers can get a head start on building their products. We’ve seen companies like Spigen drop in placeholder release dates in the past and that’s almost certainly what’s happening here. Expect this date to change as we get closer to the Galaxy S6 launch and as more Galaxy S6 release date details emerge.

We expect more carriers and accessory makers to jump on board the Galaxy S6 release train before everything is said and done and with a Galaxy S6 launch date rumored for MWC 2015 on March 2nd, we should see the Galaxy S6 release hype build to a boil next month.

Samsung Galaxy S6 rumors point to a collection of high-powered specifications including a souped up Quad HD display, Exynos 64-bit processor, 20MP camera with OIS, a new design that employs premium materials perhaps aluminum or glass, wireless charging, and a release on all five major carriers in the United States which includes AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and Verizon.

The AT&T model recently showed up in a User Agent Profile string showcasing Quad HD resolution. While the UA Prof does not confirm the arrival of the Galaxy S6, the fact that the model number matches the Galaxy S6 model numbers that have leaked out numerous times in recent weeks makes it increasingly likely that AT&T will once again release a version of Samsung’s Galaxy S smartphone.

Samsung’s Galaxy S6 launch date is rumored to be just a few weeks away and the Galaxy S6 release date is rumored to be taking place two to three weeks earlier than normal. With a Galaxy S6 launch expected in March, we could potentially see the Galaxy S6 arrive in March alongside a round smartwatch that’s expected to compete against the all new Apple Watch. Apple’s Watch is now confirmed for arrival in April.
