In partnership with Verizon Wireless, in early 2019 Motorola will unleash the first smartphone that can connect and work with 5G technology. Any Moto Z phone with the Moto 5G Mod can access these super fast speeds. Back in the old iPhone 3-4 days we all used 3G to connect to carriers and get online. That's why phones were slow, videos took forever to load, and we had to wait for websites. Then 3G was replaced by HSPA and HSPA+, which is a faster type of wireless technology. Now, everyone uses 4G LTE to play games, browse the web, send Snapchats, watch YouTube or catch a Netflix series. In early 2019 everything we knew about 4G LTE will go away, with the introduction of 5G. If you want to try 5G before anyone else, get the Moto 5G Mod and snap it on your phone. It's big, bulky, has a battery to power it, and kinda ugly, but it's the future. We don't know too much about this yet, but we have a feeling this is the last Moto Mod. | |||||||||||||||||||

You should add a nice camera mod. I think that LG did something similar on one of their recent phones. I love the speaker and battery pack, and the Camera would be an amazing addition. When my Verizon upgrade rolls around, I can see myself draining a lot of money on this awesome product

The Hasselblad is pretty good, but the new 360-degrees 4K video, photo and audio camera setup is pretty nice. It’s $299 though. Ouch. Doesn’t appear to have a battery built-in either.

Where are the other 9 mods? The article clearly states 16 mods, yet you only show 7. Did you fail arithmetic in school?

The rest are in one slide.. There is technically 17 different mods than can click to the back of the Moto Z smartphone.

The 7 on the list are also in the slideshow..so you have 8 mods, not 17.

I see a little clicking and reading comprehension escapes many. There are indeed 17 different mods. To help those that are having a little trouble: 1 Insta-Share Projector, 1 JBL Speaker, 1 Hasselblad Camera, 2 Incipio power packs (1 wired charging, 1 wireless), 3 Kate Spade power packs, 1 Tumi power pack, 1 Incipio car dock, 1 Mophie power pack and 6 designer back plates. 17 mods. Maybe only 8 “types” if you classify each by maker and purpose, but 17 individual different components that you can buy.
