Install If You Want to Use the Apple Music Voice Plan

Apple launched its Music Voice Plan alongside macOS Monterey 12.1.

The Apple Music Voice Plan was originally announced back in October, but it's now available via Apple's latest macOS Monterey software.

If you're unfamiliar, it's a new tier for Apple's Music service. It brings enhancements to Siri and it's priced cheaper than a standard Apple Music plan ($4.99 vs. $9.99).

With the Voice Plan, you get access to all songs, playlists, and stations in Apple Music using Siri. There's also a Just Ask Siri feature that suggests music based on your listening history and likes or dislikes.

Preview Version 11.0 (1033.4) freezes more than half the time I use it.
‘Report Issue to Apple’ gives me the spinning coloured wheel for about 30-45 s before it recovers.
I had to force quit the Finder just today. I was unable to re-launch the Finder. I had to manually power down, and then it took about 4-5 tries to get the MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2021) (Apple M1 Pro chip) to start again.
