The first Ghost Recon Breakpoint announcement revealed quite a bit about the game. That said, we don't have the big picture just yet so you might want to wait until the developer reveals the game in full. 

Ubisoft's made some major improvements to the game. Enemies are going to be smarter, there are four character classes (with more coming post-launch), there will be at least two DLC packs, and the game will focus more on survival. 

Players will need to collect resources around Aurora to survive. Serious injuries will impair the character's aim and movement. And players will also need to perform maintenance on their weapons in order to keep them in peak condition. 

There's also a big change to the single player mode. Ubisoft decided not to include AI-controlled companions from the single player mode.

So we know quite a bit already, but there's still more to come. If you want to know more about character progression, the game world, post-launch, and the other differences between Breakpoint and Wildlands, you might want to wait for the next big reveal.
