In addition to announcing the Motorola Droid RAZR HD, Motorola also unveiled a more expensive Motorola Droid RAZR MAXX HD which will have the same qualities of the Droid RAZR HD except that it boasts a much larger battery and more storage space.

The Droid RAZR MAXX HD will have the same screen, processor, and software as the Droid RAZR HD but it will sport a massive 3,300 mAh battery that is good for 21 hours of continuous talk time and 8 hours of web browsing on 4G LTE. It's the gold standard as far as Android smartphones are concerned.

It will also have 32GB of storage space. The Droid RAZR HD only has 16GB of storage.

Those features will of course come with a premium as the Droid RAZR MAXX HD will check in with a $299.99 price tag when it arrives on October 18.
