iPhone 4s

Last, but not least, the iPhone 4s, the company's flagship from 2011.

Believe it or not, the iPhone 4s is still on sale. And unsurprisingly, you can find it for virtually nothing. It's less than $100 at retailers who still have it on shelves.

The iPhone 4s stuck around on iOS 9 which means it won't get updated with new features, fixes, or patches down the road.

It's also running hardware that is almost eight years old which means photos look like they were taken with a potato.

On top of that, the iPhone 4s employs a glass design which is easily scratched and damaged. If you drop it, there's a good chance it's going to crack. Good luck getting it fixed in 2020.

If you can, spend a little more on a newer version of the iPhone. You won't regret it.
