4 Reasons to Buy Red Dead Redemption 2 & 3 Reasons to Wait
Wait If You Really Want to Play RDR 2 on PC

If you own a console, but really want to play Red Dead Redemption 2, you might want to hold off on buying the game. Red Dead Redemption 2 for PC is still unconfirmed. Rockstar's made no mention of a Windows PC version in its marketing materials and we haven't seen it popup for pre-order at any retailers. That said, the door remains open. Wide open, in fact. We've seen analysts predict a release on PC, but people on Reddit have found something far more interesting: A Rockstar Leeds LinkedIn bio of a programmer that lists work on Red Dead Redemption 2 for PC. There are also potential references to a PC version of the game in the Red Dead Redemption 2 Companion app. There are also references to a PC version on Rockstar's Social Club website. None of this confirms Red Dead Redemption 2 for PC, but it means there's still a chance Rockstar comes to its senses and releases the game for Windows users. If you really want to play the game on your Windows rig (for the graphics, mods, or whatever it is), you might want to wait. If the game is in fact coming to Windows PC, we could learn more later this year. Remember, GTA 5 arrived late on Windows.
