Buy for Face ID
The 2018 iPad Pros were the first iPads with Face ID technology.
Instead of using your fingerprint to unlock the iPad, you can now use your face which is captured by the the front-facing camera.
It takes some getting used to, but Face ID is typically faster and more reliable than Apple's Touch ID fingerprint sensor.
The nice thing is that Face ID works no matter how you're holding the tablet. You can use it while in landscape and upside-down if need be.
You can also use Face ID to make purchases in iTunes, on the App Store, or with Apple Pay.
