If you really want a headphone jack on your next iPad, you'll have to pass on the 2018 iPad Pros. 

Apple removed the 3.5mm headphone jack from the iPhone starting with the iPhone 7 and the company's removed it from the iPad line in 2018 to make space for other internal components. 

This won't be a huge deal for many people, but if you still love having a headphone jack on your gadgets, you'll need to go with an older iPad or another tablet.
