Nexus 5

Rumor has it, LG and Google are hard at work on another Nexus smartphone for later this year, possibly a Nexus 5. Whispering suggests that the LG Optimus G2 may be the basis for the Nexus 5.

The whispering about the Nexus 5 has been relatively quiet in recent weeks though the chatter from earlier this year was quite loud. Rumors have suggested that it could feature a 5-inch 1080p display or a smaller 4.5-inch display, quad-core processor, larger battery and a fantastic camera.

Software obviously would be whatever the latest is for Google, possibly either Android 4.3 Jelly Bean or potentially Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie which could debut alongside it later this year.
