If you move your iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus to iOS 13.6, and you can't stand its performance, you can no longer downgrade in an effort to improve your device's performance.
Apple has stopped signing on iOS 13.5.1 which means you can't use a loophole to drop your phone back to the previous version of iOS 13.
The company isn't signing on older software either which means you're stuck with iOS 13.6 until it releases a new version. You could move to the latest beta software, but pre-release software is riddled with issues.
