If you move your iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus to iOS 13.7, and you can't stand its performance, note that you can no longer downgrade in an effort to improve your device's performance.

Apple has stopped signing on iOS 13.6.1 which means you can't use a loophole to get your phone back to the previous version of iOS 13. 

If you really want to get off iOS 13 you can move your iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus to pre-release software, but Apple's iOS 14 beta is riddled with issues.
