If you move your iPhone XR to iOS 13.7 and you run into trouble, note that you can't downgrade your device's software. 

Apple has stopped signing on iOS 13.6.1 which means you can no longer use a loophole to bring your iPhone XR back to the previous version of iOS 13 in an effort to improve performance. 

If you really want to move your phone off of iOS 13.7 you can try moving to Apple's iOS 14 beta software. It could help.
