The Nexus 6P November update failed to deliver a fix for the KRACK Wi-Fi exploit, but Google says it plans to fix the issue in its December patch. 

Google's also confirmed an Android 8.1 update and there's a chance it'll be the next release for the Nexus 6P and Nexus 5X. 

The Android 8.1 update is confirmed and Google's rolled out a Developer Preview for the Nexus 6P and Nexus 5X.

If you want to try the Nexus 6P Android 8.1 Oreo update right now ahead of the official release you can though most people should stay on official software.
