Dominate in Fortnite with the Razer Turret Xbox One Keyboard and Mouse
Get ready to dominate in Fortnite and make other players in FPS games scream and send you hate messages on the Xbox One. The Razer Turret is the first wireless keyboard and mouse designed specifically for the Xbox One.
This combo includes Razer Chroma keys and allows you to get an edge on the competition with precise mouse control and with keyboard shortcuts. Microsoft added keyboard and mouse support in November 2018, and we’re seeing more games support it in 2019.
The Razer Turret is a Xbox One keybaord with Razer Mechanical switches, a fold up mouse tray and wrist rest. It supports Xbox Dynamic Lighting and Razer Chroma and developers can code in specific lighting options. The keyboard supports 10-key roll-over anti-ghosting and is compatible with Xbox One and PC. On PC you can also program keys and do macro recording, but this isn’t available on the Xbox One yet.
The Razer Turret mouse is designed similar to the Razer Mamba mouse with;
- Razer 5G Advanced Optical Sensor with true 16,000 DPI
- Up to 450 inches per second (IPS) / 50 G acceleration
- 7 independently programmable Hyperesponse buttons
- Razer™ Mechanical Mouse Switches with 50-million click life cycle
- Gaming-grade tactile scroll wheel
- Ergonomic right-handed design
It also supports Xbox Dynamic Lighting and Razer Chroma. It is Razer Synapse enabled and compatible with both Xbox One and PC.
These connect with a single dongle to the Xbox One. The Razer Turret keyboard is rated for 11 hours of battery life with default lighting and up to 43 hours with lighting disabled. The mouse is rated at 30 hours with lighting and up to 50 hours without lighting.
Developers need to turn on support for the keyboard and mouse. These are the games that already support using a keyboard and mouse to play on the XBox One.
- Bomber Crew
- Deep Rock Galactic
- Strange Brigade
- Vermintide 2
- War Thunder
- X-Morph Defense
Additoinal games will include;
- Children of Morta
- Minion Master
The Razer Turret is $249.99 and it is up for pre-order now. It will arrive in Q1 2019. If you pre-order through the Microsoft Store you get a $25 Xbox Gift Card.

I feel like one the main reasons (just one, I admit) I suck at Fortnight is because I play with a standard x-box contoller. I think it’s much faster to build with a setup like this.
