Galaxy Note 5 Nougat Update: 6 Reasons to Get Excited & 1 Not To

New Camera Gestures

The Samsung Galaxy S6 Nougat update will deliver some awesome new features to the device's Camera app and we expect the Galaxy Note 5 Nougat update to have them on board as well. 

Samsung's version of Nougat comes with some useful new gestures that can be used inside the popular Camera application. 

In Android Nougat, a simple swipe up or down on the screen will quickly shift from the rear-facing camera to the front-facing camera. It's simple and extremely convenient. 

You're also now able to swipe from the left of the screen to change between different camera modes. A swipe in from the right side of the screen gives you easy access photo filters.

These make for a much cleaner, more user-friendly experience. If you use the Camera app a lot, you should be excited about Nougat.
