The Samsung Galaxy S5 is a solid phone but there's one feature that you're probably going to hate. (If you own the Galaxy S5, you might already despise it.) That feature? The swipe-based fingerprint sensor.
Instead of a touch-based sensor like the Galaxy S6/iPhone 6, the Galaxy S5 employs swipe-based tech that's inaccurate and at times, useless. The Galaxy Note 5's fingerprint sensor hasn't been outed but we expect it to be touch-based like the Galaxy S6's, not swipe-based like the Galaxy S5's. You're going to use the fingerprint sensor a lot so this is something to keep stored away in your brain as we approach the Galaxy Note 5 launch date.
